A native Texan, Leslie grew up the daughter of a prominent homebuilder in Houston.  “I’ve had real estate in my blood from an early age!” she says.  Leslie and her husband Kevin have lived in the Austin area since 1985, are proud of their four grown children and seven grandkids. The Vandiviers have enjoyed being real estate investors themselves, having “flipped” properties in Austin since 1992. Resourceful and diligent, Leslie enjoys helping others find “fixer-uppers” with good rehab potential. 

An Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), she’s comfortable with all types of buyers, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, luxury home buyers and seniors. Leslie does the extra work to be sure her buyer clients are fully educated in the market areas they are interested in, from property tax issues, schools, recreation, proximity to their work and neighborhood pricing trends, empowering them to make a wise buying decision.

As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Leslie assists sellers with often-overlooked details that can make a true difference in accurately assessing the home’s value and sales potential. Leslie is able to make recommendations and assist with home staging that result in the home selling for a higher price with often very little out-ofpocket cost to the seller.
